Research information: My work concerns the relationship between mind time and cognition. Adopting an interdisciplinary approach, I’m trying to figure out a new conceptual model involving neuroscience, phenomenology and system dynamics. In my hypothesis, cognition is expressed by the ability to interpret events and operate with objects in a changeable time window. Mental activity is dynamically parsed in instants of coherence that constitute the boundaries of representational activity.

Working at Collegio di Milano I’m coordinating the creation of a web community about interdisciplinarity. We aim at creating a network of researchers, looking for new forms of collaboration and knowledge sharing
